Liv's List: Gap Denim, Fashion AI, and Pradace!
Everything that caught my eye this week as a fashion obsessed.
Welcome back to Let’s Get Dressed, a weekly newsletter where I share my endeavors in fashion — what I’m wearing, shopping, trying on, and thinking about — to give you some inspiration for the week ahead. It’s my fashion diary, except I’m actually letting you look inside.
The linen pants we all need for summer. I bought these Aritzia pants in a pinch before a trip to Palm Springs last weekend and loved them so much I bought them in two colors. They’re light, effortless, and will be my go-to’s for the warm weather.
Are smart mirrors the future of getting dressed? I had celebrity closet organizer Lisa Adams on the podcast this week and she dropped the news that she’s just beginning to install smart mirrors in her clients’ closets. 2025 has finally caught up to Clueless! Upon posting this video I had over a dozen people/apps reach out to me saying they’re developing something similar - I think our closets are about to become the next tech frontier.
Danielle Frankel’s Fall 2025 collection. Every past, present, and future bride audibly gasped when Danielle Frankel revealed her most recent collection at Bridal Fashion Week this week. From hand-painted florals to impeccable boning and textures, this collection is sure to be all over our feeds and down the aisle come fall. Just in time for her LA store opening, too!
Cesta Collective x Eliou Suede Clutch. Who says you can’t wear suede in the summer? With Los Angeles weather in this 80’s this week, my summer wardrobe is in full swing and I’m loving this clutch with a fun bag charm. Perfect for all things poolside/beach/upcoming vacations.
Róhe Sculptural Top. I’m currently in a top phase and am on the hunt to find cool, structural pieces for my every day wardrobe. For those days where I’m in a rush, I’m obsessed with this top with a pair of jeans and my kitten heel boots.
Pradace! Prada Group bought Versace this week for 1.25 billion euros from Capri Group (Michael Kors, Jimmy Choo) - a move that could usher in an Italian rival to LVMH. Alongside Prada and Miu Miu, Versace could get a major facelift because as we all know, anything Miuccia touches turns to gold.
What I wore to the Fashion Trust Awards. The awards were in LA last week and were an incredible celebration of emerging designers and icons in the fashion industry. I wore this beautiful Alberta Ferretti gown, Tiffany & Co. jewels, and my mom’s vintage clutch. It felt so chic and classic, and that back!!
My outfit for the Fashion Trust Awards Nippies Lift. These silicon push-up pasties are the superheroes of my wardrobe. It’s a nipple pastie but with a lift! From my wedding reception dress to the backless gown above, they provide such good support for the girls during those big moments.
The softest jeans ever. I just got these jeans from Gap and have been wearing them every single day. They’re buttery soft and mid-rise so they’re comfortable, and I love that dark shade of blue.
Janessa Leone Felix Hat. I’ve been looking for a hat that gives more coverage than a baseball cap and I found the perfect one for sunny days ahead. It’s packable too!
Have a lovely Sunday and see you next week <3 Until then, you can find me on Instagram and more of my closet favorites here.
