Liv's List: Spring Jackets, Color Combos, And My Go-To Nail Color

Everything that caught my eye this week as a fashion obsessed.

Welcome back to Let’s Get Dressed, a weekly newsletter where I share my endeavors in fashion - what I’m wearing, shopping, trying on, and thinking about — to give you some inspiration for the week ahead. It’s my fashion diary, except I’m actually letting you look inside.

• Nour Hammour Clint Jacket. I got this jacket last week and it’s been the thing I’ve built every recent look around. The dark brown is so chic and it’s incredibly soft, which I find is hard to accomplish with leather jackets. I love it paired with cream pants and a loafer.

  

• Saoirse Ronan in custom Louis Vuitton at the BAFTAs. Saoirse is my fashion underdog this awards season - she recently started working with Danielle Goldberg (the styling mind behind Ayo Edebiri, Greta Lee, and more) and I’ve loved every single look of her new era. This unexpected light green compliments her complexion so well, and that red lip made the look a home run.

  

• My new favorite loafer socks. If you haven’t noticed by now, I’m very passionate about good socks. I just got this trio from J.Crew and actually ordered a second pair because they’re so perfect. Great colors too!

  

• Kroma Wellness Beauty Matcha. I’ve been a matcha girlie for a few years now (I’m so glad to be rid of those coffee anxiety spikes) and this is by far my favorite one. It’s a bit spicy, a bit sweet, and is filled with amazing antioxidants like turmeric and ginger so you’re getting a lot of bang for your buck.

  

• Crown Affair Texturizing Air Dry Mousse. As a woman with chronically flat hair, this has dramatically changed my hair texture and given me that Olsen undone look. I put it in right after the shower on damp hair and let it work its magic.

  

• Loro Piana Cardo Brooch. I just got this brooch and can’t wait to style on some of my upcoming outfits - like on a blazer or pinned to a sweater. It’s so subtle but adds a lot of personality.

• The September 18
  ’s “Good Pairings” series. There are few things that ignite new style inspiration for me more than Taylor Dedeaux’s Substack series featuring immaculate, yet unexpected color combinations. I’m feeling really excited about bold colors this spring!

  

• I found my nail polish color!! A lot of you have been asking and I’ve finally nailed it down. It’s the Kokoist Sweet Strawberry Milk.

  

• Miu Miu Beau Bag. Someone put this in a question box last week as their go-to black every day bag and it now lives rent-free in my mind. Might have to be my 2025 splurge. I love how much it fits. Do I get cognac brown or black? Let me know in the comments.

  

• The perfect spring jacket. This jacket sparks so much joy! It got me so ready for a new season. The collar is removable too for those days where you don’t need to feel as dressed up. I love a 2-in-1.
