A Week in Shoppies
Everything living rent free in my cart.
Hi! Welcome back to Let’s Get Dressed, a newsletter where I share my endeavors in fashion — what I’m wearing, shopping, trying on, and thinking about — to give you some inspiration for the week ahead. It’s my fashion diary, except I’m actually letting you look inside.
Banana Republic Cashmere Crewneck. I loveeee aubergine right now and think a sweater makes for a perfect layering piece. This would look amazing under a green or yellow jacket. Banana Republic’s spring collection is very good. ($160).
Chanel Shopper Tote. I’m so late to the Vivrelle train but recently hopped on and am obsessed. It’s a great fashion hack to be able to rent a bag before you splurge on it and see how it fits into your daily life. I’ve been using this Chanel bag as a laptop bag (crazy) and it’s my new favorite thing. Also, if you want to join Vivrelle, you can use my code LIVPEREZ for your first month free! I think my next try will be this Bottega.
Valentino Sweater. Couture week and has been an absolute feast for the eyes. This sweater from The RealReal reminds me of a look that went down Matthieu Blazy’s first couture collection for Chanel — I think anything with texture this year will be a big hit. I’m manifesting an outfit with this sweater, jeans, and a tee for dinner. ($1,525).
Rohé Cheetah Pony Hair Coat. Ever since Toteme showed their Stracciatella Coat a year ago in Paris, fashion has been hyper fixated on spotted clothing. From Tory Burch bags to Chanel flats, pony hair spots specifically are everywhere and not going anywhere. Rohé has quickly become one of my favorite brands — everything they make is a perfect balance between chic and intriguing. ($3,190).
Eaves Silk Top. By far the most moving show from Couture this week has been the Armani show, the first since Mr. Armani’s passing last year. The show was designed by his niece and right hand, Silvana Armani who introduced a collection that paid homage to Mr. Armani’s legacy, but also injected brand new life into it. The organza/silk moments were the biggest creative takeaway from the show for me and something I think we’ll see much more of in fashion this year. Get ahead. ($229).
Hagelstam Heels. Shana Honeyman, the founder and Chief Arbiter of Cool New Brands at her showroom, The Honeyman Agency, told me on the podcast this week that this is a brand she’s got her eye on and can’t wait to see blow up. She’s the PR mind behind the blowup of so many brands we love, like Nour Hammour and Magda Butrym, so I believe her. Her episode will be out on Monday! ($554).
Have a great weekend! x

This is such a fun, confident read—like flipping through a very chic closet with you. It feels personal, informed, and genuinely inspiring without trying too hard. I’d happily open this with my morning coffee.
Love the Vivrel rental strategy before commiting to a piece. The observation about spotted pony hair everywhere since that Toteme coat is so accurate, it's basically become the neutralpattern of luxury fashion right now. I tried a similar rent-first approach with statement pieces and saved myself from atleast two big regrets.
