Everything I Wore This Week
Plus - the items at the top of my wishlist!!
Welcome back to Let’s Get Dressed, a weekly newsletter where I share my endeavors in fashion - what I’m wearing, shopping, trying on, and thinking about — to give you some inspiration for the week ahead. It’s my fashion diary, except I’m actually letting you look inside.
Is the knee-length skirt making a comeback?
At the TOTEME Fall/Winter 2025 show, two looks went down the runway that have lived rent-free in my mind since. I rarely see a knee-length skirt (Saint Laurent’s Fall 2023 collection ushered its trickle back into fashion discourse) as it’s often associated with a more “modest” style. But I loved this cool and modern take on the silhouette. I tried it in NYC with my black coat and boots and felt so chic. My white skirt is Veronica Beard, but I also like this style from Anine Bing.

A DIY Cape Jacket
Cape coats are definitely the silhouette of the season, but you don’t need to splurge big to make the aesthetic happen. I’ve been using a lot of the scarves and shawls I already have at home and matching them to my outfits, like this Cult Gaia blazer I had and a L’Academie scarf that paired together perfectly. I’ve also been buying a few shawls from Amazon for certain looks, like this pink one I found to match a pink dress that I wore for a wedding in New Zealand.
Martha Stewart and I were twins!
I went to the Tory Burch F/W 2025 show during NYFW and got to wear this incredible coat. And in case you missed it… so did Martha Stewart. Here’s a fabulous video of us meeting and becoming best friends. Tory Burch has become widely known for her sculptural heels, and between the pumps I paired it with and the iridescent sequins on the jacket, this look truly felt like wearing art. For more NYFW trends and looks, I covered it all in a newsletter drop earlier this week.
My current shopping tabs:
This Travel Loafer/Bowling bag combo from Me+Em. Don’t sleep on this brand - I always get the coolest accessories from them. Those loafers are perfect for a travel day.

ME+EM The Nour Hammour Dianne Cropped Shearling Jacket. Tania Sarin wore it in NYC and I swooned.
AGOLDE Dark Wash Straight Leg Denim. I’m feeling dark wash denim right now and think these are the chicest (and also under $250!)
KHAITE x Oliver Peoples 1953RX. If you’re an eyewear girlie these are so beautiful and well made. My glasses era might be incoming.
The new Hudson bag from Freja is gorgeous. I saw it IRL and it’s the perfect everyday bag.
What’s in your shopping cart right now?
